Is an entirely separate building from
the main house with access to a private garden and covered patio area
with table and chairs providing a perfect al fresco dining area.
From here the entrance leads to a high ceiling'd open sitting/dining
area and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom leads off from the kitchen
and is fitted with shower/bath, WC and washbasin. A spiral staircase
leads up to a galleried area with two joining single beds and a wardrobe
and chest of drawers. The decor is tastefully designed, combining
natural materials in a modern style with care and attention to detail.
Kitchen with freezer, fridge, grill, hob, iron and board, microwave,
oven, toaster, shared washing machine, ceramic two ring hob, electric
kettle, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils.
Childs high chair, 4 x dining area seating capacity, 4 x living area
seating capacity.

A self contained apartment.From the covered patio
the entrance leads into a large open sitting/dining area with a fully
equipped kitchen. The double bedroom opens on to the patio which
provides as lovely cool shaded outside dining area.
The second bedroom with two single beds has a large three sectioned
wardrobe. Between the two bedrooms is the bathroom with shower/bath WC
and wash basin.
A sofabed is also available.
As with Petrino the proprietors have furnished the rooms, tastefully,
with character and a quiet luxury. Kitchen with freezer, fridge, grill,
hob, iron and board, microwave, oven, toaster, shared washing machine,
ceramic four ring hob, electric kettle, crockery, cutlery and kitchen
utensils.
Childs high chair, 6 x dining area seating capacity, 6 x living area

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible.

Old Fortress:
The first settlement of the new Corfu Town during the 6th century
started on the hill that would later become the Old Fortress. Built and
fortified by the Venetians.
New Fortress:
The walls of the New Fortress tower above the north-western side of the
Old Town.
Achilleion Palace:
This famous building was constructed in 1892 for Empress Elisabeth of
Austria (Princess Sissy).
The Esplanade:
The hub of Corfiot life is the Esplanade. Stroll around the gardens or
sit in one of the many cafe bars.
Palace of St George & St Michael: Is the most impressive monument from
the British rule of Corfu.
Archaeological Museum:
The pride of the museum is the ‘Gorgon Pediment’ that is the oldest
surviving monumental sculpture in Greece.

beginners and strong swimmers. Dassia's gently sloping shoreline is fine
for the kids.

A deposit 30% of the rental
amount is required on booking. The booking can not be confirmed until
this deposit has been received.
The balance of the amount must be paid 6 weeks before the commencement
of the holiday.
Cancellation before 6 weeks the deposit will be refunded in full.
